Joyce M. James is Director of Operations – Walter Canyon Consulting LLC. Joyce has worked for over 25 years in Big 8 accounting and consulting firms and leading regional health systems. Joyce has held senior management positions developing and coaching highly skilled professionals. Joyce has served on many boards lending her leadership to her community.

James Estabaum is Director of Curriculum and Training of Walter Canyon Consulting LLC. James provides critical focus on different ways to develop and improve learning opportunities for employers and employees alike. Curriculum development is decided through research, feedback, and testing of new curricula and consulting methods, selecting appropriate materials for use in the business setting. The consulting team is advised on regulations, and innovative ideas that will enhance workshops and coaching.
